Pierre Boya (born 16 January 1984) is a Cameroonian footballer. He last played for Randers in the Danish Superliga.

    Club career[edit]

Boya signed with Partizan in November 2003,[1] and scored a goal on his debut later that month.[2] The highlight of his career at Partizan was during the 2004–05 UEFA Cup group stage, when he scored both Partizan goals in a 2–2 away draw against Lazio, on 25 November 2004.[3] Afterwards, he was unable to find back of the net for a year and a half. He finally ended his goalscoring drought on 8 April 2006, scoring a brace in a league match against Voždovac.[4]
In the meantime, Boya also recorded another dubious achievement in the 2005–06 UEFA Champions League crucial qualifying match versus Artmedia Bratislava. After missing several clear chances through the two matches, he failed to convert a decisive penalty in the shootout that would have qualified Partizan for the group stage.[5]
In the summer of 2007, Boya was transferred to Rapid București. Although he had a mediocre season, he was considered Rapid's main striker after the departure of Mugurel BugaIonuț Mazilu and Lucian Burdujan. In the 2008–09 winter break, Boya was sold to Grenoble, mostly because Rapid had financial problems. Boya had a weak first half of the season, scoring only one goal in 11 league matches for Rapid, so he agreed to leave Romania for France.
On 31 August 2010, Boya returned to Partizan and signed a one-and-a-half-year deal, after the club qualified for the 2010–11 UEFA Champions League.[6] He marked his re-debut for the club by coming in at half-time, scoring two goals and providing an assist in a league match versus Rad.
In late 2011, Boya joined Austrian Football First League side Austria Lustenau, but was unable to play until his contract with Partizan expired. He debuted in the second half of the 2011–12 season, scoring 10 goals in his first eight league matches.
In August 2012, Boya joined Danish Superliga side Randers for the rest of the 2012–13 season.

    International career[edit]

Between 2005 and 2007, Boya made four appearances for the national team of Cameroon, scoring one goal.
